Seeking a Board Certified/ Experienced Cardiothoracic Surgeon. Vascular skills are also desired. This is a Hospital Employment opportunity with 455 inpatient beds - Not-for-Profit Community Hospital. MD patient volume: 100 cardiac cases / yr.; 50-75 chest cases / yr. Strong 24/7 Medical, Surgical, Cardiology & Subspecialty Support. Family Practice Residency On Site. 24/7 in-house Cardiothoracic/Cardiology PA program. Shared call with 2 Cardiothoracic Surgeons. Competitive Salary - Base $320-380,000/year, eligibility for incentive (0 to 20%) determined by quality, productivity, citizenship and patient satisfaction criteria.
