ME3 - Physician Assistant - Maine - Physician Assistant Needed - Seeking an Experienced Physician Assistant in Southern ME

Seeking an Experienced Physician Assistant to coordinate the daily activities of an on - site employer - based, contracted medical clinic. Hours are Monday - Friday, 7AM to 3PM, including rotation through hospital - based occupational health clinics, 8AM to 5PM. Evaluates and treats injured workers, acute non - occupational complaints, and/or prospective employees of client company. Performs OSHA mandated medical exams (Respiratory and Hearing Conservation) and Fitness for Duty exams. Works primarily in an independent role at on - site industrial medical clinic, under the supervision of the Medical Director of Workplace Health. Works along side part - time occupational health RN and is supported by administrative staff full - time.  Must be Licensed as Physician Assistant in the State of Maine, attendance at NIOSH approved Spirometry preferred, Breath Alcohol Technician preferred. CAOHC preferred, graduate of an approved Physician Assistant program. Three years additional training or experience in Occupational Medicine or Emergency Medicine preferred. Experience with supervision of employees and operational management preferred. Must have knowledge of State of Maine Workers compensation and OSHA rules and regulations.
