VT4 - Nurse Practitioner - Southern Vermont

Busy Primary Care practice is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join its internal medicine group. We are located in southeastern Vermont and is part of a large physician - owned group partnership. Position is full - time and provides a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, state - of - the - art technology, including implementation of EMR; and affiliations with Dartmouth Medical Center and a progressive community hospital. Scope of practice encompasses diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions; health maintenance and prevention of diseases through patient education, immunizations and physicals.
