Seeking a Board Certified/Board eligible Med/Peds provider to join staff at an academically afilliated group practice in Southern NH. Our practice offers a collegial atmosphere within a strong, patient-focused environment covering primary care peds and internal medicine of all ages. The practice functions also as a medical home with care coordination. Coverage for chronic childhood illnesses/disabilities and other special health care needs is also provided. Call is exclusively outpatient coverage.
